Well, I’m not pregnant anymore. We have a beautiful soon-to-be-2 year old, and I’m ready to try again. Well, if my tummy doesn’t get “flat”, I won’t be too upset, I’m just aiming to live a healthier life-style.
Well. This is a little weird. I have upper abs. like you can see them but i have a pudge in the lower section of the abs. So I figured belly dancing more like I used to will get that back down because I used to belly dance and my tummy got flat then I started eating more sugar. Not to mention weight lifting is going to be fun. My legs already are hurting from it and I have only been working out for an hour.
My weight is normal, falls just a little bit under underweight, even, but my stomach? Is it flat?
The answer is a big fat NO.
I always have this resolution to flatten it since, like, few years back, but since I’m the worst planner out there, of course what I do instead is talk myself out of the exercise day every day and every day.
I need to stop this.
i feel disgusting when i see all the pretty skinny girls with their boyfriends,
for once i wish i could be her.
i really want to look skinnier although i dont care how much i weigh i only care about the looks!

I always had a tummy and will never loose it. But recently my belly has begun to expand and if it continues to live its life, soon I won’t be able to see my toes anymore ! So my aim is not to have a sixpack but just to have a waist again. How I’m going to achieve this:
- drink loads of water instead of Coke Zero
- (belly-)dance on fun music
- pay attention to my posture
- contract my stomach muscles 30x in the morning and in the evening
