improved 5 years in 1 month. insane! but i swear it is visible in the mirror!
i forgot what i did in the mean time since i log to realAge often to read my reccomendations.
i do pilates twice a week and some other things, as omega3 (instead of fish), vegies. but pilates made majority of change, i suppose, since there is some stretching and some light strength exercise.
oh yeah. and i ticked off bad back (i forgot i ever had it).

i improved by 2 years in 2 months but i dont know how, since i couldn’t update the test i did it again so i don’t know where’s difference. i suppose it is that i have increased my fruit and veegie and soy intake, and i meditate daily. and i have more friends.
i plan to focus on 4 easy steps (4 F)
multiVitamin
omega3 and soya instead of Fish
Flexibility
Floss
i purchased the book and it is great.

I just turned 39 and I came out with a Real Age of 34. That had me feeling pretty cocky until I clicked the button “What’s making you older”. Mostly not getting decent enough nutrition. Stuff that’s totally within my control.
So I think I’ll try to reduce my “Real Age” by another 2 years.

Re-did the test today reflecting my current lifestyle!

I just finished the test for this, and found out that while my chronological age is 28.2, my real age is 30.3 (+2.1 yrs.) I am really happy about this, considering that I quit smoking just recently, but it definitely pointed out my trouble areas. It says to choose 1-3 action steps to follow for the next 90 days, and then to retake the test. So, the action steps I will follow will be (I picked more than 3…):
- Begin taking vitamins daily. I’m definitely going to take a multivitamin, but I might also take vitamin C and E, calcium, and folic acid supplements.
- Increase my vegetable intake. I really don’t eat enough vegetables-far from it-and I think this will help a lot.
- Floss every day. I need to do this way more than I do.
- Continue to not smoke. Woo! It’s been about 4 and 1/2 months. I feel so much better now.
- Do not talk on the phone while driving. I am so guilty of this, and it has gotten worse since I got this new job. I need to remember that, if it is that important to take a phone call at that second, then I need to pull over.

WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW
In three months i went from + 1.8 to now being +.2
I am so proud of myself and it really wasnt that hard. I decreased intake of red meat (almost none), flossed regularly, made an effort to exercise more, increased vitamin intake. And of course it is another 3 months since i stopped smoking and my body is healing. So today I am 28.2 years old chronologically and my real age is 28.4. I can live with that (although wouldnt it be amazing to have a younger body? maybe i should try that)

Well, I have no caffeine in my life and no bread either (but thats just a lent thing I reckon) I have hardly any red meat any more and am flossing every night! I plan to buy some vitamin E but then again I get it from the avocados and spinach I eat. anyways, slowly but surely getting where I hope to be. YOUGNGER
