If you love to run and you love the beach then i strongley suggest that you go running on the beach. just watch out for seagulls that may poo on you.

How I did it: Just played some football with good friends in the sand. Good care free fun! Go somewhere that has a nice beach though, that makes the setting more fun.
Lessons & tips: Grab a few close friends and enjoy the sunshine! :)

I want to jogg on a beach at sun set or early in the morning or both, with noone around, just me the sand and the sea :))

I am by no means a fantastic runner but jogging on the beach is one of my favourite things to do on a beach vacation.
