wow can’t believe I did it! this has helped nme so much I feel better and it helps me since I walk every mourning. eberyone should sit ups everyday even if its like a 10 then just slowly go up frpm there :) 21 months ago

whoa cant believe im doing it.its feels great and i do it before bed so it makes me tired and i wake up feeling good.today i actuly took a walk with my son and 2 sisters went swimming and walk so more.not trying to lose weight trying to be inshape.its feel really good :) 23 months ago

Day 1 or night 1 and so far so good.I havnt done sit-ups in so long my back and abs were hurting.god.Anyways im hoping to stick to this i need to biuld muscle thats all.dont want to lose weight or anything.so im gonna work on also doing the 50 push ups a night like i use to I GOT 9 DAYS THEN I DUNNO i stop doing them.Lame but im gonna start again. :) 23 months ago
