why did i choose this goal again?

I am really really enamored with my jazzercise classes. I really really dig them. I am excited to go. I will get a zipcar, so that I can get myself to the class, go home to shower and then return the zip car and then go home…again, but for good this time. I go on average 3 times a week, but squeeze in 4 times a week sometimes too. I really really enjoy the classes. I have taken a class w/ most of the instructors at least once, and have found one that I think totally kicks a$$, but she tends to teach late, and by then, I really want to have exercised, showered and be in the process of winding down.
Yet again. .. Love it! I am gearing up to get myself back to jogging. I am toying w/ the idea of the half marathon again. I will see. With school taking up a lot of my time . .. I don’t know if I have the time to really devote to training like I should. I mean, the fact that I rearrange things around my exercise class . . . that is pretty ‘fetch’.

Be more active by starting to have an athletic and a social life. I plan to play badminton or tennis ext summer before I go to college. I would like to improve my social skills and eventually learn to weigh things.
This year I plan to join the Academic Contest Training Pool and the new Web Development team after it opens.
What am I going to do in order to balance those extracurricular activities and academics?
How am I going to befriend people easily?

I got at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4 times. It totally kicks my behind. I sweat like a mad woman and I am seeing definition in my arms and thighs. Very cool indeed.
im actually….being more active!
i figured since im unemployed i can work out an hour every day… imnot exactly tired sitting on my ass!! so i have been, every other day pretty much. its not the 5-6 times a week but id say 3-4 is not bad!! i dont enjoy the actual act of exerting energy (especially when it is so bloody hot outside) but im doing it and im getting little muscles and im getting a bit more toned i can feel it!! its pretty cool. yay me. actually following through with something!

Is awesome. lol i actually just learned this summer and its taking up alot of my time. I actually burned a little yesterday. Which is a hard thing for me to do…trust me lol. But it feels great. I love it. I have to work on my breathing though. and my arm movement.
next i’ll try and learn how to ride a bike.
time to mark this off though :D

but i didnt really lose weight yet but that wasnt my goal my goal was 2 be more active which i am! :]
I am about 15 and a half stone but I am only 5ft 8 which makes me a larger person but I would like to loose about 3 stone so it is my objective to be more active. I have started walking more and am doing around 18,000 steps a day I want to do other things but it is a start!

jazzercise! I know how corny, but for 35 bucks a month, unlimited visits . . . I can’t turn it down. They have step classes on Tues & Thurs, and have classes every day of the week.
figure between this and my run/jog plan w/ podrunner, I should be in good shape. Was doing boot camp for 3 weeks … kind of kicked up the exercise plan, as I had hoped, and now it is just being consistent and sticking to it.

I am trying to get at least some exercise every day. I hate running, so I run/walk a couple of times a week only. The rest of the time I bike ride, go for a leisurely walk or I swim. If I did nothing buy run I’d prolly have given up by now. I need to buy running shoes, though. The ones I have are pitiful and are causing me injuries.
The weather’s getting nicer so this should just get easier and easier.
