This is slowly getting better. I did The Fix dvd yesterday, yogalates the day before and i went swimming on sunday. I have also been taking Finn to the park more which gets me out and about. Hope to keep all this up.

I haven’t been doing as many activities as I’d like. But I have done a few things and I was looking at where I’d been on Google Earth and it turned out I’d walked nearly 10km at the weekend and I walked 4.3km yesterday. I wasn’t going particularly fast or slow, just trying to get where I had to go (I don’t drive).

I spend ~9 hours a day on my computer. I’ve gained 20 pounds since the end of summer last year, and while I’m still not ‘overweight’ according to my BMI, I don’t think it will take much longer to get there. I took my dog for a 30 minute walk today and killed two birds with one stone since I wanted to spend more time with her anyway. I’ll just keep doing more each week and wean myself from the PC and it should be all good!

So I think for me, it’s not that I need to be lepping around doing workouts from morning to night.
It’s more just to be living life, doing things, not letting it pass me by.
Well the great news is that I’m making a little headway on all lots of my goals so that means I am being more active. But it’s early days yet so lets just see what happens.
I’m really enjoying life these days. I think I’m getting my groove back.

i’m a little worried about losing what i gained in weight training during the summer. i think i want to sorta start over on my muscle tone though. in weight training it was hardcore heavy lifting with only a few reps, but i think i’m going to lift less but do more reps to retone my muscles.i want leaner muscles, not so bulky ones. Oh yea i think i’m going to go jogging more and work on cardio. i might so more yoga and pilates too.

i really like to work out. i have weight training at school, and i have had such an awesome time watching my growth. but with college coming up im worried i’ll start slacking and get fat or something. i want to stay in shape!

From today I have decided that I am not gonna waste my life anymore, I am 25 now and I have to take charge of my life.
Past few months I have become so lazy that On weekends all I do is just sit in front of my PC or lay on the bed watching TV or sleep all day long.I have lost contact with most of my friends because of this.
From now on,I am gonna sleep less on weekends, and try to be more active, by meeting my friends or taking the dog out for a walk
or finishing any chores in the house.

Mallory is ah-chargin' her lazeeer!
Well,I’m starting to skate more and I tried running today.I ultra failed and ended up just walking a lot,but that’s something.I think I need to like gradually make my way up to running,plus I smoke and all…My summer vacation starts in four weeks,so I’m definitely trying to get more active for that.
