There is so much I should do about my health but I don’t, starting from ccleaning my teeth every day to curing them with all the other activities in between. But I can start doing that little that I have to do every day. I’ll list everything I have to do here and those things that might cause me problems in the future:
I have to clean them every day.
2. The pain in my belly.
I have to find time, maybe in September and do all that the doctor says. What stops me is only the lack of money for the doctor and the need to ask time off from work, which they don’t like. But I should put money apart for my health problems and take much more care of myself.
This is a new one. I should just buy the medicine and see what will come out.
4. Inside organs.
I know I have to be on such a strict diet. I can’t eat almost anything and no junk at all. I never follow the diet and eat only the junk they sold in the streets. This goal is so hard to follow mostly because I have no time to go shopping and cooking healthy meals.
What I should try doing is just stop eating junk and start cooking my own food, at least 5 days a week. Even if the food I will cook won’t be among those I can eat it will still be much more healthier than the junk. And then I can try to cook healthier meals more often.
I have a great body but I don’t anything to keep it this way since I started living in Rome. I just have no time and maybe I am also lazy. I need to do at least one physical activity a week. I know that’s too little but still better that nothing. I need to either go on a long walk, or go running, or go somewhere where I can rent a bike and ride there. Although this is still so little but already something!
I also want to wash myself with a sponge once a week. I should do this when my flatmates are out, this way I can do this with tranquility.
I want to comb it at least twice a day: always in the morning and before going to bed.
I want to sit always with a straight back.
In order to have a flat belly I want to try to keep a light mula-bandha all the time.
10. Eat more fruits and vegetables
In summer I could just stay on fruits and vegetables and eat something else only when I am still hungry.
I want to keep a plate of fruit always full on my table. Fruit cost but I should put my health at the first place and also not be so lazy to buy it!
I want to start getting enough sleep. I should get at least 8 hours of sleep a day. 22 months ago
