I like going because it’s very motivating.I don’t know how often I’ll be able to go once I start working(I’ll probably have to shove as much time as possible into the weekend,or get up at the butt-crack of dawn)so I’m kinda milking it right now.The gym’s great!

I’ve found some people at work to work out with and we are now going at lunch every workday of the week!
I’m feeling better and learning proper form due to the more experienced people I’m working out with. A little competition doesn’t hurt either.
I changed the goal from “go to the gym more often” to “go to the gym at least 3 days a week”. The goal needs to be measurable. Even if I was only going to the gym once every 2 weeks, that would’ve been “more often”. :D
Good start to the new year. I’ve started going to volleyball on Monday nights and I am training to run 10K. :D Let’s see if my poor old knees can take it.
