I am having a terrible time with this! I have awful unhealthy habits. I am trying to get as many glasses of water into me as possible. Some days I do great and others i suck!

Previously I was drinking about 500ml of water (well, fruit squash, I don’t like water!!!) during the day then another glass or maybe two in the evening. Which obviously isn’t enough. Anyway, I’ve doubled the amount I drink now by taking 2 500ml bottles to work with me and making sure I finish them before the end of the day. I haven’t seen much improvement to my health (and I seem to need the loo every 5 minutes…!!!) but I’m sure I’ll feel the benefit in the long run.
Don’t know if I am necessarily drinking 8 glasses. But am drinking a lot more than I use to. Drink about 2 20 Oz bottles a day
