How I did it: I put my mind to it and focused on all the positive things that can come from it. I feel less hungry, have more energy, and my skin looks clearer. I also tried to imagine how the world we live in now is full of unhealthy people, people struggling with weight issues and lack of energy. Lexie Hofer is starting to get a tan!!! OMG!!!
So this one is a HUGE deal. Because we’re made up of like 60 % water.
So I drank six or seven so far today, and I feel better about that already, but I need to get up there.
I’m only going to get rid of this goal off the list once I’ve done it solid for two weeks. Then I’ll see where I’m at, and hopefully I’ll be used to it enough by then that I’ll be comfortable with doing it regularily after that. Routine, routine, routine.
Justin is being too lazy
So far so good. I knew this would be one of the easier goals I listed, as I drink water daily, and I drink a lot of fluids, so I feel I could mark this off and not think much about it. However, one more day to go of strictly water and then I’ll go about doing that I believe.

Well, when I woke up, I wasn’t even thinking about this goal, ate my breakfast and had a glass of milk. Lovely way to start. Afterwards however, I logged on to my computer, and upon seeing my list, remembered my only water for 3 days ambition and went the rest of the day drinking nothing but water. So after a rocky, errr, terrible start I suppose, the rest of the day was a breeze.
Justin is being too lazy
I do believe that in order to get myself into this habit, I will begin by drinking nothing BUT water for the first 3 days. I easily drink 64 oz. of liquid every day, so starting tomorrow, no liquids, but water, for 3 days. We’ll see how it goes.

(5/11/09) I drink several tall glasses of water,iced tea,and coke zero every day so I think I’m doing ok. I guess it wouldn’t hurt to drink more h2o instead of soda though.
Honestly, I don’t like the stuff.
It grosses me out! But, I have other goals that can deeply depend on this one.
Whether my taste buds like it or not, I’m doing it!

Water tastes a little better these days. I could well be on my way to drinking 8 glasses of it everyday.
Got some smart water. The bottle is pretty big, 2 of those equals 8 servings. I’ve drank 2 today so far :)
