"It takes a lot of discipline... but the after effects would be worth all the effort."
How I did it: I didn't like how my skin looked - "pruned". So i thought i needed a good hydration. This made me want this goal done. Since discipline is the key, To start off, I think one has to be very willing to win this. It would help if you research on what a clear liquid can do to a thirsty body.
1st week - added 1-2 glasses of water to my usual consumption.
Forgetful (I am.) - had somebody (to our helper thank you) or had my fone alarm set to remind me of my next dose.=)
Bring a bottled water to work or to anywhere.
Succeeding weeks - ++ a couple of glasses or more.
Prefer to order water instead of sodas when dining out. (Also a great help for my "drink less coke" goal.)
Lessons & tips: You cant make your body get used to something overnight. So take your time, gradually make your body love H2O...coz eventually it will. Be patient and willing.
In the end, you'll love your clearer skin, and you'll love the feeling of being replenished, fresh and clean.
Just prepare your toilet for more urinating session (your pee wont be that concentrated - good!)
Resources: water, bottle to carry around, alarm...
