continue to be my weakness. Yesterday, I had two smaller cups of coffee which I condiered to be progress. I didn’t have tea or juice in the afternoon but I also didn’t drink more coffee.
Last night I had a few drinks and woke up this morning quite sluggish so I immediately slammed two large cups of coffee. I figured, why not dehydrate myself even further? geez.

...I guess.
I still chug at least a big mug or two in the morning but I have given up my afternoon coffee and traded it for fresh juice or tea.
So at least I am getting the good tea and juice.

a tiny bit today.
1.5 large cups of coffee in the am and a half a cup of coffee and an herbal tea this afternoon.
Mainly I’m trying to replace the afternoon coffee with tea, then I’ll work on the mornings.
This isn’t going to be easy. I skipped coffee yesterday afternoon but I definitely did crave it out of habit.
Things go from chaos to very quite at 1pm during naptime I get so sleepy myself that I chug coffee to keep going and get my cleaning done.
I do look forward to the tea though.

I had always liked tea but was a coffe drinker. Several years ago Ispent a couple of months living and working in London and that made switching to tea much easier. I still like a good cup of coffee but tea is my mainstay now.

I had a bit of a selection of teas but to celebrate my new goal, I got a box of the $3/box tea bags instead of the $2/box stuff at the store this evening. Oh yeah.
Instead of my late afternoon coffee I had black tea with mint.
I’d been wanting to order some loose teas but haven’t gotten around to it.
The box I bought is an assortment of green, black and herbals and they actually all sound really tasty. http://www.amazon.com/Tazo-Assorted-Tea-Sampler-Bags/dp/B0000DBN1F/ref=cm_cr_pr_pb_i
I do enjoy tea, it’s just getting over the craving for coffee that will be a struggle.

At work, I drink tea instead of coffee to keep me going. I do this because the coffee either makes my heart race after too many sips or it makes me really tired. Tea is just perfect though.

Tea is so very versatile and enjoyable. It contains antioxidants and options for high to low caffeine that do not sacrifice in flavor or choice. Cold, hot, with milk, with lemon, on ice, brewed in the sun, fermented with kombucha…Tea is quickly coming back into vogue as more individuals recognize its quality.
I highly recommend Rishi teas.

*tEa GaL* got a job after 7 months and is loving it!
I use to drink coffee. I drink tea all day now and I go to chamomile at night. I also like chai tea and green tea and oh yeah, white tea is super too.
With pinkie in air I say “let’s have some tea”.

now that coffee is bad for the baby and actually turns my stomach. I do love my coffee. Just got to take it in moderation even after baby is born. It’s a tough thing to do working third shift.

I’m a full out coffee junkie. I’ve had no coffee today just a cup of chai. It shouldn’t be too difficult to wean myself down. I like tea. I can still enjoy the occassional coffee without depending on it so much.
No wine, no ciggs, no coffee, no illegal drugs (weed). Ahhhhhhhh!
