Epistemologist Studied japanese all day and did my history homework, a productive day
Well I didn’t walk them at all until today, I took them out to a trail and we walked up and down it about 3 times. I’m thinking of taking them out to the trail again tonight because I haven’t had enough gas to go to the gym at all so I might as well get exercise this way.
They do seem to really enjoy the runs, I should put the time in to training them how to walk instead of pull while on the leash. (maybe another goal?) until then I guess holding them back is extra exercise.

Well my dad got two short-haired german pointers and I feel so bad for them because they are stuck in the house all day and can’t go into the backyard because somehow they are escaping.
I’d like to take them for a walk every day (or almost every), its a good way for me to get a little exercise and I think it’ll do them a lot of good. The only problem is one of them likes to just bolt it and shes hard to handle (needs training), but I’ usually take them to a nearby school and let them run around until they are tired out.

sierra_dreamr is spending more meaningful time with friends and doggies
I find 2 long (30 minute) walks + play time are necessary for my two boxer mixes. Typically my partner takes them out in the morning, but last week he had to leave super early to I took them—-it’s one way to get your eyes open at 6am.
Need to work on training for the 10 month old b/c my arm is getting sore.

I think this would work out more, if I took my dogs places more interesting – like the park, or on trails. Walking around my neighborhood, just feels so blah.

I really want to make the time to do this – I feel like they deserve it! The roadblocks are limited light hours, weather, and time.

Well, I moved so i don’t have my dogs with me right now, and I have someone walking them everyday so I know they’re getting exercise. But I do have my brothers dogs that never get out of their dog run, so I figured I could help them out. Well, at least the smaller one. The big one is a saint bernard and he weighs twice as much as I do. So any attempt to take him for a walk would just result in me being dragged down the street.

I finally took my dog for a walk the other day. I realize how important it is for her, and now that I’ve been exercising more myself, I feel more motivated to make sure she gets her time to run around as well.
Its not everyday yet, but its the first step.

Today I went out through the woods with my dogs in my backyard and of course it started raining.
I turned back though and I saw a giant deer on the other side of a creek and then there was a little baby deer right beside me in and open field so it was really cool.
