but feel that this is yet to become a habit so while my teeth are being cleaned untill its a habit this goal needs to stay

at the moment i showere before i leave the house which is good when i go out because i always go out with fresh breath and also means since i shower as soon as i get up that i shower have breakfast than brush my teeth but when i dont go out or only go out late in the day it can mean a lack of brushing, just need to change one habit to another
