Not yesterday—starting a cold. But 40 minutes today with 10 stationary bike, 10 elliptical, 10 walking, 10 stationary bike.
Missed Tuesday and Wednesday—but last night went the length of the pilot for the Dresden files (42 on the ipod). 15 mins on elliptical, the rest stationary biking at each end.
Swam both days during the weekend-mid to low tide so it was pretty shallow. Today elliptical for 5 minutes (not easy), bike for 15, walked for 10 to get it all in. Missed last Thursday and Friday-could not figure out how to fit in with 7 a.m. mornings.
20 minute pre-dawn walk leaving me 10 more minutes somewhere (maybe the elliptical). Wrestling the dog crate in and out of the car and in and out of the house, loading the car, unloading the car probably qualifies nicely for the other 10 minutes considering I was panting and sweating by the end of it (very large dog crate).
Walked 20 minutes drenched in sweat. Then swam a lot today as the waves were good and we had a lot of little people over to look after in the water.
60 minutes swimming and jumping little waves and marching, stretching, jumping in the sound. The water and air were both about 73 degees, the sky cloudless and blue, the beach busy with horseshoes, blenders making margaritas, and some kid kayaking standing up. People were fishing off the beach—it was high tide. Last gasp of summer maybe?
