HavanaCatAvon, Estee Lauder and Mary Kay have started paying for animal testing again!

I don’t use anything by these companies, but I just wanted to say that I hope these companies suffer from a big plummet in sales because of their stupid decision to restart animal testing. It’s because they can’t market their products in China unless they do the animal tests that China accepts. Sure, China would be a huge market, but ethics people, where are your ethics??? It’s all about $$. Stupid idiots. 15 months ago

HavanaCatLise Watier cosmetics

Just found out that Lise Watier does not test on animals. I do know too that Proctor and Gamble is the worst for animal testing. If you are interested in why animal testing ever came into existence, and why it is false and proves nothing, read this scholarly article, it’s well writtenm, eye opening, and worth the read! http://www.straight.com/article-465506/vancouver/john-pranger-animal-research-crime-against-humanity 20 months ago

HavanaCatone product has been replaced when it ran out, several to go

I used to use Nivea facial toner, now I have found a wonderful replacement called Vitamin C Balancing Facial Toner by Avalon Organics, and it smells like citrus. Heavenly. I can get it at the local supermarket. Next, I need to get a mascara not tested on animals, and the drugstore carries Gosh cosmetics from Denmark…I found out they don’t test on animals. 21 months ago

HavanaCatdoing well with this...

I went to the PETA website for lists of companies that do use animals to experiment, and don’t. I have to replace a few items, but I have mostly cruelty free products. I also wrote to the big companies like Proctor & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, etc, requesting that they stop animal testing, and saying I refuse to buy ANY of their products until they do. I am now looking for a cruelty free contact lens solution, but I can’t find any in my city, at all, only in the USA. How lame, it shouldn’t be so hard to locate this product. The companies in the USA don’t ship to Canada, or if they do, it costs a small fortune. How stupid and frustrating. Also while I’m at it, I learned that the animals for sale at PetSmart stores are from the worst animal breeder around, Rainbow Exotic Pets or some name like that. I saw the video, how inhumane, torturous, disgusting, it made me sick. So I’ll be calling their customer service and complaining, and never buying their stuff again. Also while I’m still at it, don’t buy any IAMS dog or cat food, they test on dogs and cats and do unspeakably disgusting things to them. I had no idea. The world is a sick place, and we need to do all we can to change these horrible things. Here is a great link for cruelty free companies!
