always be honest

I talked to a old friend the last couple of days, this person and I used to be best friends and things happened and our friendship just quit and i told this person some things that I never really said before and was totally honest about the situation that we went through together and I feel like a weight has been lifted off. too bad it took us 3 years to do it. i highly doubt we’ll ever be friends like we used to, cant go back and change that and it’s sad because I really do miss that friendship but it was nice to talk through some stuff and it felt like old times even if it only lasted a day.

Sometimes people say I’m honest to a fault, not that I think that’s a fault, yes I’ve lied but usually I don’t not even white lies, sometimes I’m told i’m too blunt as well but I rather not sugar coat things and just get to the point. I can’t really remember the last time I told a big lie or a white lie so I think i’m doing well on this goal. I just don’t see the point of lying esp to people you clame to care about and or love!

I’m not a liar by any means but instead of white-lying to get out of things, just be honest.

I actually got the Spanish word for “Truth” tattooed on the inside of my bottom lip.

To me, it means “No more lies. Nothing but truth can escape from these lips.”
It’s my way to always be honest.

i don’t know how i can end up “completing this”, but so far so good. people say my honesty is my best (and worst) trait, usually worst when im being brutally honest

You ever discover that you told a lie without realizing it? Or that you are living a lie but didn’t know it? It’s hard to accept the truth sometimes…
