I just bought a top hat today and I want to start wearing it a lot.

I do not own any typical hats such as baseball caps. Only a full brimmed leather outback hat and an Irish Donegal Tweed hat.
to the I’ve-done-this list, but I’m hoping one or two more add it to their lists first. :-) I’ve done this literally innumerable times since first posting this, from the game to DLR and even to the mktplc and sometimes for no reason at all. Plus, I’ve gone from having only one to (I think) 14 at present, including several homemade ones [pic][pic][pic] :-) (Those are just goofball Buzz pictures I already had on my site.) Compliments can be thick and fast too, and often I keep count of them and report it in my blog, even though I’m not in it for compliments, just for enjoyment.
A photo-montage to come … maybe.

You might think it wouldn’t work to wear crazy hats anymore because I got my hair cut really spiky. However, I refuse to say goodbye to the activity of crazy-hat wearing. I will continue to wear crazy hats in public, especially. (The picture’s from before I got my hair cut)
...lots more instances. I take my best one to all the Condors games of course, and have gottten feedback on it every single time, and got on the news on 3-18! Plus I finally gave it a public debut other than at the vault with a walk through downtown after one game. :D At a couple games I saw a few others with good ones too: on 3-18 and especially 4-22 -- details in my blog -- I love it when people do this. :-) Seeing them on TV, like all the ones I see at EPL games, is always a good thing, but in person is always better. And naturally, being one of them is the best thing of all!
I got another good one (an XLC64913--mentioned in my blog) around 2-24 which has gotten far more use than I expected including a couple prominent stints at the marketplace--a no-brainer there. And finally got back to working on a really good one I started building before Halloween last year. This one I intend to debut in a big-time manner: when I do this in a couple weeks! :-)
Definitely worth it just like before! It’s also worth keeping here on the main list as a reminder to keep doing it, like I really need reminding. :) (It’d be cool if repeats would be on both lists, so the good-things-worth-redoing don’t get lost off-page in the have-done list.)
My first time doing this (ever--believe it or not) was just recently: at a hockey game last November. And what a thrill :-) I would liken it to being on a really huge roller coaster at Magic Mountain. And getting ready to walk out there for the first time I would liken to flirting around with deciding whether or not to get in line for that big ride! This sort of stuff has actually been a passionate interest of mine for a very long time now; I’ve finally found good opportunities to--at long last--be a participant.
