Feeling really good. Weight training every other day and going for walks most days. Walking durning the week is going to get less attractive as the nights draw in and I think I need to up my areobic exercise so I may get an exercise bike. Also thinking of getting a heart/calorie monitor to measure how effective my training is. I tend to be more motivated if I can measure progress.

Well I’m keeping the regular exercise up and have just increased from a beginners to intermediate weights routine. So far so good. Diet has been healthier to. That said I am losing weight slowly, a combination of giving up smoking and possibly building muscle is offseting fat loss a little I think. Still very positive though.
Well I cleared the garage, which was a 2 week work out in itself and I’ve put a gym in there. Got a workout sorted and I’ve managed to keep a routine going.
