were that I was confusing pain with injury. To be injured is when your body is broken. When you are in pain, sometimes this is becuase you are injured but pain is also a part of healing. Ever heard “No pain, no gain.”???? Just push past the pain, do you really want this injury to be forever, I would hope not. Good luck!! 4 years ago
