I want to have a physique to match Bruce Lee’s. Shoot for moon, no?
I’m gonna use this as a bit of a log until others start posting on here.
First step: I’m going to take pictures of my body from different angles and poses, and I’m also going to start recording my habits/activities/diet/whatnot to see how I can cut down on the harmful stuff I’m doing. In fact, I’m starting that today.
In the next week or so I’m going to do some shopping for home workout equipment. Lastly, I’m going to get rid of my damn acne and get out more with my friends!
