How to meet shaun white
It made me
so happy! 
"awesome...."
How I did it: me and this group of people i was travelling with were talking on the 10 hr flight from tokyo to LA who we would like to meet in the LA airport if we could meet anyone...and i seriously was like "hm...i would like to meet Shaun white.." so we were standing around at our gate in LA airport and believe it or not, i saw this flaming red hair walk by me and it was him! i knew it! i saw him walk into the starbucks right next to our gate so i grabbed my camera and ran in there and got right behind him in line. I asked him if he was Shaun White and he said yes...so i had a conversation with him in which i was incredibly nervous... but he was sooo nice and shook my hand and asked my name. we talked about snowboarding and about Mt. Hood. then i got a picture with him and his coffee was ready so he told me it was nice to meet me and i took that as my cue to leave. but i really wanted to continue talking to him! it was crazy!!!
Lessons & tips: pray a lot. this was definitely just luck and chance. I really didn't do anything other than chase after him. ha!

Shaun White is my hero.
I think he’s probably the only celebrity I desperately want to meet.
He’s the greatest thing to happen in snowboarding, for me at least.
To think, in January, I could have the chance to meet him…it’s amazing.
