    I admit it... 18 months ago

    I failed, but I am okay with it because I got to thinking. It was a rough day yesterday. I needed a pick me up, now I don’t drink, smoke or do controlled substances, nor do I eat nor drink anything containing caffeine. I’ve given up a lot for the sake of better health and honestly I think I can keep my candy. So I happily quit this one and I intend eating a rice crispy treat tonight to celebrate it (one rice crispy treat is 1.5 weight watchers points BTW)

    I didn’t eat a single piece yesterday, I think I haven’t done that for about two years, so it’s an achievement.

    not healthy. I an awful lot of fat free Candy while dieting. And I think for a week I need to replace this with yoghurt fruit and healthier snacks. I am going to start this on Monday 7 July 2008

    I finally did this little goal and it wasn’t even hard this time. But I am happy to be able to eat chocolate again. :)

    I’ve decided to give this goal another try.. one week of no cookies, no chips, no popcorn, no candy, and no chocolate. I should be able to do it.. it’s only seven days. :)

    Try as I might, I have not been successful in this goal right now. I did learn some discipline in the first two days though. So this is still on my list and I’ll make another attempt later…

    I’m making my first attempt starting tomorrow. It will be a no candy, no chocolate, no cookies, no chips week. Or so I hope. It’ll be a good challenge and it’ll make me feel healthy. :)

    I’ve been so far from reaching this goal, and it annoys me so much, because it’s such an easy thing to do, I just have to learn self-control, let’s say it’ll be a little test for my will :) So now here’s the list of things I’m not even looking at since tommorow:
    - chocolate, chocolate bars and so on
    - all kinds of candy even Mentos and alike (though chewing gum is allowed)
    - cookies
    - ice-cream
    - all kinds of cakes and pies
    - rolls
    - nuts with any coating
    - and though they have nothing to do with candy: crisps, chips and blah blah…
    Moreover, I will post daily how i replaced sweets with something else in my diet.

    Was doing so good for some time, but shamefully failed yesterday. Those damn hazelnuts with milk chocolate coating. Anyway, gonna start again from tomorrow.
