I reviewed my goals this afternoon, trying to decide which ones are “on the front burner”, which ones need action, which have grown stale. I am not yet quite at 43 goals done that meet the criteria for this goal but I’ve made a few decisions about some of my current goals.
The goal on reading a book on mindfulness was moved into the “given up” category. I tried last fall to complete a book on tape with mindfulness exercises and just felt like it is not me at this point in my life. I kept meaning to go back to it, but am going to let it go for now.
I marked upgrading my technology as “done”. I had done all but getting a new sound system for our home. We know what we want, and will get it when the time is right but there are other priorities right now.
I am keeping having a toned stomach but will need to come up with a new strategy for achieving this. My old program caused back problems. I’m doing planks and some other things. Todd sent a link to some exercise videos that may work.
Design a t-shirt – I did (twice) but had production issues. I’m sure there will be a cause for which to design one in the future.
I am keeping “improve my handwriting.” It is an ongoing project and a good reminder for me. If I die at age 90, this may still be on my goals list.
I need to rededicate myself to fixing our windows (once the weather improves) and “this week I want to” 12 months ago
