You know, lately I have not been that bad. Wegmans make it easier to make more organic choices. I’m not sure if this means I am buying more local products, but at least many of my choices are organic. Especially yogurt. I only choose low sugar organic Greek yogurt. Apparently they put crazy chemicals in no organic dairy products 2 months ago

Truth me told i have’t done a graet job with this goal this summer. Yes I’m eating mostly fruits, veggies, meats and whole grain, so not a lot f processed foods. That;s good. But i haven’t really made the leap to organic meat. Although I have been buying more organic yogurt and grain products, and tea. 9 months ago

I have been apple picking twice this year. You cannot beat fresh apples that you see growing on a tree one minute, and bite into the next (after you wash them, of course). 20 months ago

I must say I am doing quite well on this goal. I have been doing much of my shopping at Stew Leonard’s, which gets a lot of produce and products from local farms. Also they boast that a lot of their meat/eggs are organic and cage free/grass or fed. I still have not made it over to the farmer’s market yet, but that is usually becuase I am exhausted after my 2 aerobics classes Sunday mornings. 21 months ago
