I quit smoking weed today. I’ve wasted the last 5 years of my life to drugs. I want to do something good for my body and mind for once. 3 years ago
Ive gotten a membership for a month, and I’m already going every 2 days but I want to make it daily so that it will be more of a routine. If I dont do it daily, eventually I will skip days and not go at all anymore. I hereby set my goal to going to the gym every day (when possible), and ive got summer break until september so it should be possible for the next few months. I will consider this goal reached when I go to the gym every day for 10 consecutive days. 5 years ago
I went to the gym for 2 hours yesterday and I am going tonight for another two hours. It makes me feel so good!
One of my best friends goes with me and we do the treadmill and bike and then do yoga.
So relaxing and so gooooood!! 6 years ago
My scheldule has been totally crazy so far this year. With school and classes, the crazy amount of work and of course I just had surgery two weeks ago so I had to take 3 weeks off for the recovery period. Boy let me tell you that was a pain!
So when I start to get back in the swing of things I definetly want to make time in the week to go to the gym. I have more motavation to go now because I just bought a membership and they are not cheap at all.
I’m not over weight it is just one of those things that always makes me feel better after I do. I have just always put it on the back burner after a long tiring day of school.
I definetly want to start getting into the habit of going often, I want to start going this weekend… 6 years ago
When you’re stuck indoors a lot behind a computer, it’s vital to schedule 1-2 hrs a day for exercise. However in New England, the weather is quite manic depressive so you never know when the sky will fall next. Therefore, one must suck it up and join a gym, engaging in various exercises with complete sweaty strangers to accomplish one common goal: optimal health. Although I must admit, I can’t stand the ‘gym’ scene, I am pleased with my results – stronger, less stressed, happier, and overall emotional well-being. 6 years ago
