Cut down on the amount of chemicals I'm exposed to

...All I’ve done is buy Tide free and clear (no dyes or perfumes) and get natural dish soap from Trader Joe’s. I’m trying to use up some of the cleaning stuff I already have before I look for chemical free alternatives.

i only use natural cleaning products at home- not only are they better for me, but also the environment. i can’t stand the thought of bleach etc going down the drain into the ocean!!
there’s a lot to be said about the power of bi-card soda and vinegar!!
