How I did it: There's a guy in my gym who is a real bully. He acts like Mr. Tough Guy and is always trying to intimidate people. One of his favorite tactics is if you are using a machine that he wants, he will stare at you menacingly until you give in and let him use it. Yesterday, I took a "we've had enough" attitude. I was on a stationery bike he wanted and when he started to stare, I started scratching the side of my head with my middle finger and pointed it directly at him!
