harryfliesGot it down to 70bpm
Last night I measured it at exactly 70bpm. Unfortunately I caught a cold this week so I have to slow down the training. I think I’ll get it under 70bpm within 2 weeks. 20 months ago

How I did it: I have a big advantage in being unemployed so I have heaps of time to train whenever I want. Also, there is a sauna in my apartment complex and I think that helps. I try to run three times a week for at least 20 minutes at a time. I have also joined a local gym where I do weight training about 3 times a week. I don't have a car at the moment either so all my traveling about is by foot or by bicycle (just got it a couple of days ago so that hasn't really been a part of my training yet). Now I want to see if I can get my resting heart-rate below 60bpm. This morning I measured it at 62bpm, so not far to go to get it under 60. Read how I did it… 20 months ago
