LMusashi is going to dance.

LMusashi is going to dance.
I am now telling myself “Sit up straighter,” rather than “Sit up straight!”
LMusashi is going to dance.
I’ve noticed that this is becoming more natural. Still hurts though.

I just propped up my laptop with about 6 books. Now I don’t have to bend over to use it.

I look like Queen Victoria herself most of the time, but I have to remind myself a lot!

I find myself quite easily sitting with poise, with or without the girdle keeping me together. I find that I breath better and I am in better spirits. It’s funny, but when you hold your head higher, you feel so much better. Graceful. I think i’ve achieved this so I am going to have to let it go and find another goal…

Ergonomic devices that I will buy in England are along these lines:
A drawing slope with magnets, so I can read and do work, without straining my neck, or giving me any headache. I will also buy a book holder attachment for it, and I think I’ll buy a portable book holder, for an inexpensive price.
I want to buy a neckbrace, which I have mentioned before. This will give me a good idea about how my neck should be, and it’ll relieve the stress on my neck sometimes when I’m at the computer.

I did not know but it is important that while swimming, it is important to maintain good posture in the neck, for example while breathing, in order not to strain the body. I am learning more and more about how good posture can make a man into a healthier man.

I think I’m watching too much TV or something, or looking at the computer screeen too long. Probably the latter. I must be arching it wrong. I no longer have back problems, and now I have neck issues. nothing ever works when you fix one thing, you have another issue.
I could really really do with a strong shoulder rub. If I wasn’t such a cheapskate, I might go and get one later today. Come to think of it, when the Botox has settled for at least 4 hours (wouldn’t want the devil to sink in my face), I’ll get a nice massage. I might even get a longer one and take a nice valium before I go in to relax me. I might fall asleep. Sweet bliss that it would be!

I read somewhere in my book about improving eyesight with evercises, that you can get astigmatism by having poor posture, so I have another reason for perfect posture!
