fix up house

Fix up the house for enjoying and resale if we need to move. Have made headway in past year and even more in the past month. Construction project moving along. Gardens (herb, vegetable and Zen) moving along nicely for the season. Have been FLYing on the house and basics have a plan of attack and are consistent (Laundry, dishes, vacuumm, bathrooms). Hope to get Zones decluttered and cleaned. MAintained – wow, that would be great! Need to paint inside and side outside!
