    Actually am aiming for 4 times a week. I’m on crew at my university and have been pretty faithful to the biweekly outside weight training workout and want to turn up the heat a tad by adding a few sessions.



    Put on weight and muscle 2 years ago

    I’ve always been a skinny long distance runner and doing some sort of sport. I’ve recently got devorced and determined to get some sort of masculine physic.
    I’ve got a fair few free weights and when there is noone to workout with,i’ve just bought a multi gym. I’ve bought a special edition of Mens Health magazine that gives me a diet plan for a month to put on 5kg-10kg of weight and lean muscle.
