Breakfast- Green tea, tim horton’s egg,sausage and cheese biscuit.

I’ve signed back in to my journal at my calorie counter. I see how I’ve been on the journey before and I had to adjust the number a tad to reflect my current weight.

Breakfast- Fiber one cereal (the new one) with soy milk. V8 vegetable juice. light n fit yougurt

Lunch-Kashi sweetn sour chicken dinner. 3 juiced apples and 4 carrots

snack-2 juicy juice juice boxes

Dinner- half a chipolte wrap from the store across the street. 400 calories . Thankfully I gave the other half to my bf before I devoured it and before I read the label.

WATER.

Chips and guac from Chipoltes- I caved to the pms cravings

A slice of multigrain bread sopped up in the remaining guac..- I lsot my mind

Three cups of orange juice.

I was thirsty… :(

I went grocery shopping at the wrong store.

Prior to that, I had a good eating day. I actually ate! Normally, I’ll have one meal and an unhealthy snack.

This time I had Ensure with protein and a V8 vegetable juice for breakfast. A wheat panini with cajun chicken,lettuce, pesto,and a squirt of honey mustard and pavolone cheese (not wise but delicious). I had a 16 oz carrot and apple juice (freshly squeezed)..
Then my bf wanted to take me out to my favorite Thai place..
So I had drunken noodles with chicken and a glass of chardonaay…
(bad).

No water. Oh wait… does coconut water count??

The summer was unkind to me, or should I say, I was completely lazy for 3-4 months and gained some weight. I want to lose about 10 +/-pounds

Day 1 2 days ago

Right now I am starvingg!!! I am waiting for my bf to get out of class so we can travel home and I can tear up that Jerk chicken and rice dinner in my fridge. I said that I wouldn’t eat after 10, but I haven’t had anything besides green tea (2) for breakfast, a yogurt, a banana, a fruit cup, and a Chinese berrywafer. Now I’m not starving myself. I just had to work all day without a real break so my honey brought the fruit for me. I know I need two things right now: 1) Water and 2) a solid meal. I did opt to walk up the stairs from the 4th floor to the 9th and not surprisingly I was out of breath. It’s about 20 stairs per flight. I have to start taking the stairs more and the elevator les suntil I reach a point where I can walk up without being out of breath. This old professor walks to the 11th and I can barely make it to the 2nd. He’s over 65! I need to do better and I will. As a matter of fact that will be my 43 goal.

I lost the weight before but didn’t keep it off due to bad eating choices, lack of exercise and not sticking to a lifestyle change. I am turning 26 in April and I want to get back to my much healthier coca cola bottle shape. I also want to wear my bridesmaid dress for Sept without covering up my arms. or having a big size. I still have wicked curves which I love, but they are also covered up by extra flab. I sometimees love my body as it is now and have a hard time wanting to change, but it’s all about complacency. I am getting used to this other person’s body, but she isn’t me. I really want to lose at the most 40 lbs, but I am giving myself mini goals along the way startig with this one.

I am currently 200. (I gained 6 lbs eating pizza every school day afternoon in the summer and working near Coney Island park-surprisingly only 6!)

So my goal weight is to reach 190. I’m 5’5 (5’4) and still have a waisteline. The weight doesn’t look bad on me per say, but it is visible in my face. I just want to slim down and tone up. I’ll always have thick thighs and I don’t mind. I just want to shed some of the weight down and get back to a 10/11 since I’m now a tight 12- slight tight 14 and comfortable 16. I used to be 150 and I had a pretty nice shape. Very nice. I gained 50lbs since my freshman year of college. Imagine the awkward stares and questions, What happened to you?” Did you have a baby?” No! Rude people. Whatever. It’s time to get my self back. I don’t want to be afraid to go to the beach or wear a swimsuit and I am SICK of not being able to shop in Forever21 or H&M’s anymore without being reminded that I have gained the weight of a small child. I actually avoid shopping for clothes now, but thank God for Rainbows and their plus size friendly clothing that looks appealing.

Ugh. Whatever, the more I talk about this the more I need to get going , seriously. One major plus is my new school has an awesome fitness center and pool, which is included in the tuition so I can’t wait to take full advantage! Here I go! Oh and my number one thing- No Alcohol- Help me! (maybe a 90 calorie glass of wine here and there..shhh! )

Too much candy has sabotaged this goal for the moment. Still exercising every day, but slowed after I stubbed my toe pretty bad. Need to recommit to eating better and doing the work.

I’ve lost a couple of pounds, and I really feel thinner. I’ve cut my portions to almost half of what I used to eat, and I’m slowly introducing healthier foods into my diet. If I can just stay on track, I think I will get there this time.

Used my will power 4 days ago

I used my will power to pass on a dessert.

I had to remind myself that one of the ways I plan to try to do this goal is to limit myself to 1 dessert per day. I already had had two treats by the time I decided I would start working on this again and though it was hard, I did not have a dinner dessert. Luckily DH was nice and did not, either. That would have wrecked it for me.

I revisited my page on SparkPeople and have attracted a few comments. I am going to work on finding a racquetball partner and going to go to the two yoga classes I like. Will just have to make it a priority, no matter how hard it is to go back out of the house in the cold. It feels so good after class!
