I’ve been eating healthier for a considerable amount of time now…which I hadn’t really noticed UNTIL last week. I went to a birthday party and there was pizza galore. I hadn’t had pizza in a long time, mostly because that’s more of a ‘group food’, I’m not going to call up a pizza place and order a pizza to eat by myself. Anyway, when I saw the pizza, I was ready to treat myself and eat and eat and eat with a big smile on my face! haha, instead, I started feeling full after the 2nd slice, basically took half an hour to finish the third and then felt full the rest of the night plus most of the next day as well. Note that these were normally sized pizza slices and one was just cheese!
To conclude, yes…changing eating habits is TOUGH, but once you do it’s hard to change them back too! I think my body’s just not used to eating so much anymore and so much junk at once, in that case. 1 week ago

I stumbled across this patent application. All I have to do is get hypnotized, swallow precisely 25 pounds of stainless steel ball bearings, and boom, five pounds gone each month. I can even ‘do somersaults and the ball bearings will never fall out!!’
I really don’t think I can go wrong here. ‘It was written with the help of Divine Providence.’

I need to start this goal again. I lost weight last year and it felt great! I was motivated by a biggest loser type contest at work. Since then I have been inconsistent with gym and food tracking for one reason or the other including moving, stomach bugs (x 3 this year!) and traveling. I’m recommitting here. So yes, I lost 10 pounds late last year, mostly by running and cutting down on my junk-food intake (mainly fries, I’m a sucker for those). I’ve managed to keep the weight off even when I don’t get to run as often as before because I moved from my parents’ and they had a treadmill/it was a safer neighborhood.
Lets do this! I’m ready to be at a “normal” weight since according to BMI calculator I’m 5Lbs over for my height. I want to start running again and see what else I can do to lose the additional 10! 2 weeks ago
I’m really struggling with my self-esteem today. I just look fat around my middle in everything I own. I know that I can exercise more, but sometimes I get busy and I run out of time, or I am just tired. NO MORE EXCUSES! Until the next excuse. UGH. 2 weeks ago
