Poomy is turning over a new leaf
Okay, so last week a sales rep brought gourmet cupcakes in to our office. Couldn’t pass up the chance to enjoy a red velvet cupcake. This week has started off well—I’ve planned my lunches and I’m just sticking to what’s in my lunch bag, thank you very much.
i feel insecure about my wieght and i think if i stopped eating so much junk food i would be alot more confident about myself :]
enmitylove is finally able to run! =)
Yesterday, I went to the track and ran/walked 3 miles.. I ran the whole first mile, then walked 2 laps, ran 2. Walked 3 laps and ran the last one.
The farthest I gone with running is 2 miles. I only did that once. I want to do it again. I want to be able to run many without tiring out.. As weight wise is concerned, I don’t know how much I weigh in this moment. My scales battery died. Eating wise, not so perfect. But at least I am not gaining weight like crazy.. Mom brought strawberries and more veggies. I have my dinner set up for tonight. Veggies. & Lots of water.
Oh and one more thing! I had checked my body fat percent and I dropped 3% from my highest body fat percentage. How awesome.
My bridemaids dress barely zips up and is incredibly uncomfortable. I need to lose a couple of pounds by September 13! Yikes!

I lost 13 lbs in 2 months in Mexico. I got sick, but only for a week. I think the eating style there definitely helped my endeavors.
I’ve actually gained two pounds back since I’ve lost the first five. I’m not worried though since the weight I’ve gained back is almost certainly muscle.
As a side note: I had my first soda in over a week of drinking only water and eating minimal sugar. The caffeine kept me awake past 2 am. O_o

I am on a weight plateau, but it’s ok I guess. I had a soccer game today, and my conditioning is BAD. I used to have more stamina, now I was just huffing and puffing up and down the field. This has to change.. =/
