i really want to master this one. my goal is to pop in my yoga tapes (budgeting purps) and also to master one pose a week; to use during meditation time.
finally signed up for a weekly 90 min class… it’s pretty slow but good to ease me back into it.

I practice at least once a week now. I have found it to be very helpful, especially when I am feeling alot of mental stress.

Went to yoga class tonight and it was great! I got so relaxed at the end that I almost fell asleep!

I attended yoga classes regularly in the past but I quit when my gym hired a new instructor that I didn’t like at all. She had a weird style that just didn’t work for me. Now, my two favorite instructors back and so am I. I went to class this this evening and it felt great! I’ve decided to resume my twice a week yoga schedule. I’ll give it a few weeks before I officially declare this goal completed.
bah my yoga class was cancelled today!! :( I was so excited to go too because I love the instructor that teaches fridays…oh well, now I have to wait till monday ugh…

Yay me! I even managed to make it after going to the dentist! (OK, OK the dental visit was just for a cleaning.) I felt a little stronger on some of the balance poses today and I really stretched my hamstrings before class so I was able to get into some of the poses better. Still the “weak” one in class, but getting better.

against the odds and made it to yoga. After waiting 20 some minutes just to board the El after work and not getting home until almost 6:08 I briefly thought about just staying home. But instead I made a quick veggie burger and changed and was out the door in 8 minutes! Made it over to the gym and unfurled my yoga mat just as the instructor was about to start. I DID end up having to sit up front, so I hope nobody was trying to base their poses on my attempts. I felt much better after going so I need to remember that the next time I think the hassle’s not worth the result—cause it is.
