i am supposed to be doing a sprint triathlon this weekend, but have not exercised since… probably mid-june? and even then it was going all out for about a week. i doubt i will end up doing the triathlon even though i am signed up for it and my friends really want me to. anyway, my goal is to get to the gym monday through thursday in the mornings, and then if i feel like doing more on the weekends that would be great too. i am more motivated if my boyfriend goes with me (exercise wouldn’t hurt him either) but he works at different times than i do. i just need to get to it!
