I think finding a purpose in life plays a major part in my fight against depression .It’s been a while since I had any serious “blackout” of real life and the reason is in these past few months I have learned to set goals .whether they were trivial or important ,every goal tought me to feel things depression had destroyed.freedom ,happiness,sense of purpose and “raison d’etre” and many others which made my life little easier to embrace 9 months ago
