How I did it: I learned how to cook lots of new vegetables like bell peppers adding them to my eggs and broccoli which i used to hate but now realize actually isn't that bad. i also like salads more than i used to. i am healthier and my body feels much better since eating more vegetables. i just bought more vegetables at the store and googled for recipes. a lot of them you can jsut eat raw or its' easy to steam and eat with butter. you can also stir fry.
sometimes i would roast them. you can also buy veggies already cooked at a restaurant or store. Read how I did it… 16 months ago
some green beans with quinoa and anduille sausage. for lunch i ate some baby carrots and i bought a package of sushi but it had cucumber in it. 18 months ago

been eating more vegetables. i decided i wanted to lose weight and so i’ve been upping my vegetable intake. this morning i cooked an egg scramble with portobello mushroom, zucchini, and aduille sausage. it was really good. i ate that for breakfast and the rest for lunch and then some chili at my friends house but i did a lot of bike riding and yoga and i think i was too tired at salsa by the sea. i need to make sure i get a lot of protein on sundays. and really groom myself carefully. 18 months ago
spagetti last night with spagetti squash. the problem was I usually never eat processed foods but this time i used meatballs from trader joes and i don’t know what additives or what they put in there but they were addictive and i couldn’t stop eating them.
next time i am shopping at the health food store and making the meatballs by hand. whenever i eat “regular” food i don’t over-eat. it’s only processed food that i can eat tons of and never feel full. 18 months ago
going well although this morning i made eggs and i like it better when i add some kind of veggie to my eggs but i guess i was just lazy and i just made tortilla, salsa, avo, and 2 eggs no real veggie. i like adding a bell pepper sometimes, so I want to make it a habit from now on if i buy eggs to also buy a couple bell pepper to cook with them. or a packet of spinach, i add that too. 18 months ago
my foot hurt its harder to stay focused on my goals and stuff. when I am just sitting around and can’t have fun I am more likely to indulge in eating because it makes me feel better. it’s harder to enjoy myself exercising.
maybe i will go see a matinee. i just hate this.
I have broccoli in my fridge, and I can cook something with that today. 19 months ago
