after a walking tour with friends in Sheungwan and having tea and soup in my co-worker’s old-style-tenement-turned-studio apartment, we went to Fotan in the New Territories to see the open studios. The artists’ studios are housed in still-active industrial warehouses with huge windows that face the mountains.
