Did a 60-min community class this afternoon with my friend. Invested in a mat bc I’d really like to get back into a consistent practice.
It was a challenging class for me, my balance felt off and the heat was really affecting me during the standing sequences. Still, I would’ve liked to have done a 75-min class.
I’m going to probably make another goal about doing a number of classes, and invite my other friend to do one with me this coming weekend. 20 months ago
