- totally cleaned the entry way
- swept the common areas
- cleaned up the living room
- dusted all over
- sorted my clothes
- neatened my bookshelf & freed up some space on it
- tidied my room a little
- picked out my clothes for tomorrow
- went for a great walk
- got in some naptime!
- had a healthy breakfast and lunch
- remembered to take some oil of oregano
- stayed hydrated
- unpacked my duffle bag

So, it looks like spring has renewed my neatness & getting things done habits.

Since Friday, I have:

- made a thorough to do list for the weekend & week
- sorted through a lot of the paper in my classroom
- rearranged a lot of artwork & posters in the class & neatened it up
- made cinnamon buns for myself & the roomies
- made cinnamon buns for R, and some for D
- talked to my niece, sister, brother in law, and 2 long-distance friends
- cleaned up my room
- changed the sheets
- done two full loads of laundry
- packed a lunch for tomorrow
- planned out a lot of my week’s schedule
- thought through a lot of tomorrow
- cleaned up a lot of the kitchen
- tidied the apartment a little bit
- saw my family and showed them around town
- had a good walk and walked through my thoughts
- helped resolve a blog tekky issue!
- took care of myself pretty well
- set up a phone date with E
- resolved to get some time off next week or thereafter
- realized I can charge more for lessons
- spent some good social time with MS
- eaten very well!
- picked up some good food for the week 14 months ago

even when my automatic thought is that I’ve done nothing. This is because
a) it’ll help me realize I have actually accomplished a bit, no matter how little
b) it’ll be that much easier to motivate myself for what I still would like to get done
This means I have to keep listing what I’ve “done” and, at times, try and turn (what feels like) “nothing” into “something” 16 months ago
