Seriously. Now it’s more, lose that last 13 pounds. EEK!!! I wanted to be at 140 by my Italy, but I don’t think thats gonna happen, so i’m going for 145. if i get their i’ll be super happy. If i lose more than that, i’ll be ecstatic.

Okay, I’ve lost 23 pounds so far and am at a weight of 147 pounds, at which I have been flopping around at for 2 or 3 weeks. I really really really want to get to 142 before the start of school! Then I would have lost 28 pounds. Summer is a harder time for me to loose weight because the whole day I can just flop down on the couch and watch TV, but durring the school year I have to get up and go to gym class, walk from class to class (run maybe), and just generally be more active. Also I have to wake up earlier, which burns more calories then sleeping obviously. God, I would feel so fufilled if I just got down to 142 pounds! It’s not that 5 pounds makes a HUGE difference, but loosing them would make me feel so much more confident in myself and happy I reached the goal I set for myself. I really need to step it up. God, why am I on the computer? I need to be up biking. That’s what I’m going to do right now.

Just learned that my body fat percentage is 13.9-15%, which is in the ‘excellent’ range for women but i’d like to get it down to 12. let’s go

Y’know girls, that last little bit around the stomache hips and thighs. I want to loose that and be toned and firm. I’m working on it everyday and I can’t wait. Then I’ll know that I could do it, it was possible. I can look at the photos when I’m too old to have that body anymore and be proud of myself, knowing that I did it.
