be a good leader

I help run two clubs at school. Incoming freshman flock to me like geese. I know I’m watched, because I am in a high position often. I want to be a good leader, someone others can trust to do the right thing and help them when they need it.

A good leader is a confident servant who knows his and his co workers abilities and has the guts and wisdom to let them explore and expand.
This is what I´m aiming at.

Actually, I noticed that I’ve always been chosen to lead groups in school. I think I don’t really have the qualities of a good leader. Now I’m the editor in chief of our school paper and I find it hard to integrate all my members due to our busy schedules as we are student nurses. I think time management is really the key but sometimes, I suck in management…but I think I can get out of my way and be the leader I am meant to be….:)

I’m leading a kids group at my church this year.
I want to be a really integral leader, and also really caring. I think one of the first things i noticed when i got to my church was how amazingly caring the leaders were – they would go out of their way to keep in touch, be friendly, make sure i had a lift to church etc.
So thats what i want to be!

And i really dont want to stuff it up! Must put a lot of effort into this!

In my new job Im a trainee Manager, I would like to be a good leader, ANd when become a manager be a team player gain the repect of the people i work with, and not to stress.

I love leading,
and want opportunities to lead, I want to be a good leader because it’s important to me…

I like mentoring people, it really does good things for me.

As the oldest kid in the family, I am the automatic leader, but sometimes I fail or I simply don’t want to do my job. This is another long-term goal.

I was just voted project manager for this side-project at work and I am now in charge of 9 engineers. The project is fast paced and difficult. This should be fun.
