Today I found a plan that I had previously written up, where I actually went two weeks without soft drink when I used it. I think I will dust it off and do it again, but after all my house guests leave would be best. As I want to enjoy having them here and not have withdrawl symptoms (headaches) in the process. 10 months ago

In over a decade I have never been this long without soda before. I can imagine it will be hard once I start. Has anyone got some words of guidance on how to go about achieving this goal successfully? any help would be appreciated. 16 months ago
