Step One: Check Labels 9 months ago

Check the Labels on all of your food products in your home and note how many milograms of sodium is in each. Note serving size as well. Some can goods are one can but a serving is half.

Case Subject: Chef Boyardee Beefaroni. 1 can two servings. 990 mg of sodium per serving which means one can of beefaroni 1 can = 1,980 mg of sodium.

I did a project for school about my diet and realized two things.
    a. i don’t eat enough fruit
    and
    b. way way way way way too much sodium…
but i hardly put salt on anything and I don’t eat meat.
processed foods MUST be the culprit and I’m out to convict them.

Like Didge said, I blame it all on processed foods. Especially those soup powders and sauces, seasonings…actually, everything I eat!

I have to learn how to make my own tasty sauces and condiments.
