6 months might be aiming too high…maybe I should change this goal to 2 months. This wouldn’t be so hard if I was actually making any money…and the only one spending it! We just moved and want to try to buy a(nother) house this year. And Husband just needed to get new tires. And I’m taking a trip with my daughter to visit family in April. Sigh.

Just say no to debt. I was amazed at how easy the first thousand came. After that, it’s addictive. But still not to six months worth yet. Any new ideas or thoughts?
It is good seeing the money in the bank finally grow.
It is not much, but now I feel I can survive if something unexpected happens.
wembleyheads yay summer!
but now I have to use a huge chunk of it, as I am not getting paid this summer while getting certified…
sigh
but as JSuz told me, if you can do it once, you can do it again. And I will do it again, even on a much smaller paycheck. Eventually.
jenni is awesome.
i decided to pay off ALL my debt before i get to this. i have a small emergency fund stashed and contribute to savings every month, but it’s more important to be debt-free first. after that, it should be easy to put this money together.

sigh my bank account is going to take a dip again. just that time of the year when everything is due – car registration, pharmacy registration, car servicing, etc. and i’m going on a holiday soon too!
oh well, it’s all going to be put to good use ;)

this really isn’t as impossible as it sounds. before i thought it was one of those goals that i’d have to work hard to achieve. but as usual, i haven’t paid much attention to it. however, when i was reviewing my list the other day, i did the calculations and realized that i am actually so very close… i just need to save a bit more ;)
