learn telekenisis

can someone help me i do not know how to do telekenisis i have mastered pyrokenisis but not telekinisis i want so be able to pick stuff up with my mind and i need to know by this weekend because someone wants to fight me in an ally but i dont want to back down because the girl i like will be there and i dont want to burn him with my pyrokenisis so if someone can help me let me know

I wan to learn this.

I got result for electro kenisis by making things malfuntion or dismobile or even making your heart pump faster so ill try this. Im 13 and im indigo child so i hope i can finish this quickly

Telekenisis

I want to really badly do this, but i don’t know anywhere to start can somebody help

ppl tell me i have very strong mind power so i wanted to giv it a shot

i believe i can do alot of good with it.

I started reading about telekenisis about a day ago and i tried the whole psi ball thing. I really tried and i thought i saw a swirly thing inbetween my hands, kinda like steam. I don’t know what a psi ball looks like. so i don’t know if it is a psi ball in the making. Also, i tried moving a piece of paper, and i stared and concentrated on it, but all it did was stay in the same place. Tips please, i am really interested.
