when i get to 156 i’ll call this done. seriously. i was 160 but now i’m not… 160 minus 4 you know.
How I did it: i ate more fruits and veggies and less pasta and junk. i excersized for an hour a day. I threw out my junk food and i refused candy from my dad and friends.
Lessons & tips: don't cheat if you really want to lose weight. you might not think that a candy bar will count but soon you'll be cheating 3 times a day and you wont lose any weight

when i got on it today and it said 152.. but then sue tried it and she weighed the same that she did at the doctors the other day so.. i guess i accomplished this goal!! i’m not going to say i’m finished with it though unless i can keep the weight off until the 19th. i’m excited!

this is the lightest i’ve been in about 6 months :)
i realllly need to lose four pounds..at least..to be happy, i cant stay this weight, its disgusting. 5’4’’ and i weigh about 102 pounds :@ ERGH.

I had a pretty big lunch and having pizza for dinner :S Although i wanted to start this goal properly by today, I think it shall now start tomorrow.

I lost eight over the summer and improved my looks quite a bit. i think if i lost 4 more pounds I would be just right.

no need. My body doesn’t want to “loose” this weight, & both my BMI & my mirror tell me that it’s fine as is.
In the spring I may decide to work on weight loss again, when I can go running regularly, but for now it’s just maintenance: exercising regularly, eating with care & enjoyment, & tracking food only if the weight I’ve lost starts to creep back on.
Once you lose those first 4 pounds one feels inspired to keep going. Eventually sheding more pounds to a new beautiful you.
