Milk a cow or a goat

In Nevis there is an abundance of goats. As a Peace Corps volunteer, I want to try milking a goat and perhaps build sustainability by creating a small business for some locals making and selling goat cheese. Yum…or maybe I just want to eat the goat cheese myself. :)

Worth doing just so you can say you’ve done it! ;)

Never done this and its probally something all should do at least once in their life. I eat mt Fruity Pebbles and milk everyday so at least once I should work for my breakfast.
