Duck is delicious when prepared properly. Definitely my favorite edible bird. It’s in a lot of Chinese food, as well as some holiday roasts. It’s usually very fatty, but the meat itself is splendid.

I thought it was delicious. Very tender, yet juicy and meaty. Tastes closer to steak than to chicken I’d say. And when they cook it with the skin down, it gets cripsy. I prefer it in a steak or slices rather than on the bone. I’ve had in 3 times now, and I think my duck kick is coming to a close. But I’ll always remember that flavour.
On that note, it’s time to go back to being a vegetarian…
The fact of the matter is, I can never deny how much ducks love and trust me. If I ever really ate one, it would be a mortal sin. Ducks, you see, they have a special place in their hearts for Mulya Pinkerton.
The best way to start eating duck is to eat everything but duck for as long as I can. that way, the chances that the next thing I eat will be duck are constantly growing. I mean, say I eat nine things and none of them are duck. I’ve just decreased my chances of eating those nine things, and hieghtened my chances of eating duck. It’s such a foolproof plan, it has to work.
