I’m trying to get six-pack abs, considered that perfect figure by fitness experts.
I swim an hour every morning, do some aerobics in the evening and a little of yoga as well (evening exercises take up an hour or more).
My waist circumference at the start of the task was 38 inches.
I expect to get a flat stomach by 50 days and six-packs by 100-120 days.
I’m eating vegetarian food, not drinking even soft drinks, and rarely eat chocolates.
Any suggestions about different methods etc are welcome.

Whew! So I can finially knock something off my damnn list! I got a 6 pack.. it too some hard nutrition and a lot of cardio but they look amazing!!

I’m going to try and update this everytime I show progress…I guess my belly is fine how it is and all, but I have been obsessed with abs ever since I was little. I definetly need some muscle definition for my abs, because I’m tired of covering up my normal, boring stomach. I want to show it off in public, get my navel pierced, etc.
Update: I kind of have an almost a fourpack thing going on if I tense my stomach muscles hard and stuff. Its looking pretty good, but I want way more definition.

So my 6pack is coming in! Im soo excited! This is the first time in my life I have had a six pack and a flat stomach.. well almost flat. I still have whats left of my beer belly. And that belly took years of drinking!! But, I do have to say that since I havnt had any alcohol since november.. I do miss my guiness and Corona! Oh and red bull and vodka! hehe. :)

I am pretty toned and have a tight stomach…but its not enough. I want those 6 pack abs!!!! I guess I’ll have to finally stop eating all those cheese and fried stuff. Gym is obviously not working!
