I’ve lost 14.7% of my body weight so far this year. I’m really amazed and this makes me appreciate my weight loss more than just looking at the scales.

Will probably hit this target next week which is a little earlier than I thought in my previous post (I said it would be in July). 2 years ago

I am SO MAD at myself. I have made it 1 lb within 10% goal, but I have to say I didn’t really try. This is totally, totally my fault, and if my closet for fall makes me sad, I have no one else to blame.

so I did 2 days of couch to 5 K. I dropped points on my WW plan. And lost absolutely, totally NOTHING.

There is something really depressing about snacking on jell-o and baby carrots and not losing a lb. 5 years ago

I am not in single digits anymore. I am not even a 10 anymore.
I just went through 50% of my closet and tried on clothes. Anything that was an 8 I couldn’t get up. I could button and zip most of the 10’s, but they look awful.

AWFUL.

My body is so different after this baby. I may weigh the same, but my waist is huge. Nothing, nothing fits.

I piled a bunch of stuff, including sample clothes never worn, into a big “sell me” mountain. 6 years ago
