Go to the art museum

The art museum is closed to the public on Mondays. Somehow I missed that memo. Instead ended up back at the Science museum and then went to my most favorite bookstore in the world. Any who live in Ohio that have not been to it need to make a trip to The Book Loft. It’s not just a bookstore, it’s the atmosphere that makes you smile just being surrounded by walls of books everywhere. Special Note for those who fear tight spaces this isn’t the bookstore for you.

I have plans to complete this goal on Monday. it’s been probably 3 years since I have been to a large art museum.

When we were at the Juneteenth Festival last weekend my sister and I were handed pamphlets advertising all the exhibits at the museum. My sister sounded pretty pumped to go, so I think we may make plans to do this soon.

I read yesterday that the free art museum now has an entire wing dedicated to artists and art related to our city. I really would like to see it and think I might get my grandpa to go, too.

It’s been so long since I’ve gone and I have no excuse—it’s free! I’d like to take my kids along so that they begin to have an appreciation for things like this.

had the Tiffany exhibit. I throughly enjoyed my day there. They are currently remodeling and a friend and I were downtown yesterday and passed by. She mentioned it was going to be open soon and I told her if she wanted someone to go with I would love to do it. Can’t wait. Should be fun.
